It was the magnet, which drew the Mongols, Turks, Persians, Afghans, Mughals and the British, all of whom contributed to its glorious but turbulent past. The fascination with Delhi was such that even though it was abandoned many times, its rulers returned to it again and again rebuilding it at least seven times. After breakfast, your guide will meet you in the hotel lobby and will take you to the exploration of New Delhi. Start the day with visit Qutab Minar – a UNESCO monument and drive past beautiful Government buildings in New Delhi. Take a photo stop here in admiration to British era in India.Later, drive to Agra (approx. 04hour drive). Agra in terms of ambiance is still associated with its Mughal period. The Mughal rulers preserved their best architectural wonders for Agra & its neighbourhood. It has many wonderful monuments and the Taj Mahal, the greatest of them all, is a masterpiece of Mughal architecture at its best also a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Arrive Agra and check-in at hotel. After breakfast, check-out from hotel and proceed to visit the Taj Mahal, an UNESCO monument (closed on Friday) - a mausoleum and is one of the seven wonders of the world. It is widely considered as one of the most beautiful buildings in the world and stands as a symbol of eternal love. Taj Mahal is the finest example of Mughal architecture, a style that combines elements from Persian, Islamic and Indian architecture.Also visit to Agra Fort - Built in the 16th century, this fortress of red sandstone, known as the Red Fort of Agra, encompasses the imperial city of the Mughal rulers.Drive to Jaipur (approx. 5 hours) and observe the colors of Rajasthan on the way. Jaipur (the City of Victory), was founded in 1727. It is the only city in the world symbolizing the nine divisions of the Universe through nine rectangular sectors sub-dividing it. The city was painted pink in 1853 in honour of the visit by Prince Albert. Except for the busy traffic of bicycles, cars and buses, little seems to have changed.Upon arrival check-in at hotel. After early morning breakfast, take an excursion to magnificent fort on hill top. The fort is called Amber Fort which is 11 kms away from main Jaipur city. Ride an elephant to ascent the fort.In the afternoon, proceed for a city tour. Stop at the landmark photo stop of Jaipur known as Hawa Mahal - a façade with 953 windows! And proceed for your visit to the City Palace - Maharaja’s palace covering one seventh area of the city.Walk through colorful buzzing local markets and get Heena tattoo on palms (optional, only if you wish to have it). After a relaxed morning, checkout from hotel and drive back to Delhi (approx 06 hours) where you will check-in at a hotel close to the airport. Overnight in Delhi
